Terms of Sale
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

All prices advertised are subject to change. Orders will normally be processed within a week, but due to unforeseen circumstances may take longer. Delivery is to mainland UK only and delivery times are subject to the courier used.

In order to place an order with JG Books you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. JG Books retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Refunds and Returns

JG Books is happy to refund your purchase within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in any original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are damaged.

Return postage costs must be paid by the purchaser. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email info@johngroves.org.uk
